Description: |
Although the company is global, the "Media Partner" position is for the west coast. I am looking for a high end "Hunter" that can run a business, probably at a Partnership or Associate Partnership level or equivalent. This person will have extensive experience in the Consulting Industry as well as experience in Entertainment/Media vertical.
They will work in partnership with the east coast M&E Partner to manage, maintain and grow National accounts. This vertical also includes Printing, Publishing and Advertising.
They will have "Hunters" & "Gatherers" reporting to them. Complete P/L. basically running your own business. They will not directly be responsible for the billable consultants as they come from an internal consulting pool and report to the Director of Consulting. They will however work closely with the Director of Consulting and the Solutions Partners.
This position can be expanded to include Telecom if the right background is there.
This company has retained me to recruit the heavy hitters / major players in the industry as they are completely restructuring their existing org to divide all verticals into 5 National Practices. This one being the "ICE" practice. Therefore this position would require the WC M&E Partner to strategize and bring immediate change and experience into the firm. |
