ICE Industry Partner Qualifications:
Industry expertise:
§ Computer/Technology
§ Telecommunications
§ Media/Publishing/Entertainment
Core competency expertise:
§ Technology Architecture
§ E-commerce strategy and Information Technology Planning
§ Large-scale program management for transformational initiatives
§ Operations/Supply Chain
§ Customer Care Automation/Call Center Operations and Systems
General Background:
§ Minimum of 10 years in industry and/or consulting with at least three years of strategic planning/project responsibilities
§ MBA from respected school
§ Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
§ Significant working background in computer, electronics, software, e-commerce, telecommunications, or media (at least three years)
§ History of sales and leadership
§ Experience in managing staff consultants or analytical group in industry highly desired
§ Senior presence essential - mature, thoughtful, articulate, knowledgeable
§ Track record of increasing responsibility
§ Prefer consulting experience with global firm (e.g., Associate Partner from AC)
§ Experience at a working level with industry or educational associations, preferably in ICE areas
§ Demonstrated ability to lead group thinking on analytical frameworks and solutions
§ Experience in running workshops with objectives of breakthrough thinking
§ Willing to travel at least 60% (mostly in U.S. but some potential for international travel)
For the ideal candidate we should be thinking about a minimum $240 to 280k base with a ($70k to $100K) performance-based bonus upside. |
